Hiding in vehicles to gain unlawful admittance is "Theft of Service"
and carries the same penalties and legal consequences as "Shop Lifting."
Violators will be treated the same as a Shop Lifter
and remanded to the Pennsylvania state police.
By entering a business, all guests are obligated by default to abide by the rules and policies of that business.
When a person violates a rule or policy, they subject themselves to eviction without a refund at the discretion of the business.
If they choose to continue to violate the policy after being given a fair warning, they will then subject themselves to eviction,
and if necessary law enforcement may become involved. Once a guest has been evicted due to their failure to abide by our policy,
and they refuse to leave the premises, they will then subject themselves to a trespassing charge.
I don't like a lot of rules -- but rules generally come about because
somebody did something that created a problem...
so a rule had to be created to make sure no one did it again. -Bob.
